Executive membership
Who you surround yourself with shapes what comes next.
Membership surrounds you with executives who bring perspective, challenge and genuine investment in what comes next. Your private circle is there for the hard decisions, while the wider community opens the door to new relationships, ideas and opportunities.
The case for membership
Why Membership Matters
The most consequential questions often arrive when an executive has the fewest people they can speak with openly. Employees have a stake in the answer, advisers see only part of the situation and friends may not understand the scale of the responsibility. The result can be isolation at the exact moment when perspective matters most.
Membership creates a trusted environment around that responsibility. The right peers help separate the urgent issue from the real issue, challenge assumptions without an agenda and connect you with people or experience that would be difficult to find alone. Over time, those exchanges become relationships that strengthen both the leader and the company.
Membership profile
Who This Is For
The community is designed for sitting CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs and CTOs leading companies, divisions or functions of meaningful scale.
- You hold real authority for strategy, people, budgets and results.
- You have experience worth sharing and the curiosity to learn from other leaders.
- You are pursuing meaningful business growth, personal growth or a larger contribution through your leadership.
- You will show up consistently, protect confidentiality, speak candidly and help other members move forward.
The core experience
Your Peer Group
A small group that knows the whole story. Useful counsel requires trust, context and people willing to stay with the question until the real issue is clear.
Peers who understand your seat
Your group brings together 8 to 12 vetted executives in the same role. Members recognize the decisions, expectations and tensions that come with your responsibility, so the conversation begins with shared context instead of lengthy explanation.
A place for the real decision
Monthly meetings are working sessions led by a skilled moderator. Members bring active challenges, opportunities and goals, examine them from several angles and leave with a clearer course of action rather than abstract advice.
Accountability built on trust
The same leaders return each month, learn the history behind the business and follow the commitments made in the room. Candor becomes possible because confidentiality is expected, vulnerability is respected and contribution runs both ways.
Beyond the peer group
The Member Network
The right relationship is never reduced to a contact. Your peer group provides depth, while the wider membership gives you reach across chapters and all five executive communities when a question, introduction or opportunity extends beyond your own role.
Members can find relevant expertise, request a thoughtful introduction, share a referral, compare experience or respond when another leader needs help. Context travels with the connection, making the network more useful than a directory and more personal than an exchange of business cards.
Time together
Gatherings & Experiences
Relationships deepen when the setting changes. Private dinners, local gatherings, practical workshops, member forums, retreats and selected outings create time for conversations that do not fit inside a formal meeting. Some experiences focus on one executive community, while others bring leaders across the network together to learn, think more broadly and build genuine friendships.
The value
What Membership Gives You
The value is measured in what improves because the right people are close enough to help: the quality of a decision, the speed of execution and the opportunities created through earned trust.
Perspective you can act on
Test assumptions with experienced leaders who have faced comparable turning points. Their questions reveal blind spots, their experience adds practical options and their independence brings a perspective that people inside the company may be unable to offer.
Support that strengthens execution
Learn how other executives have scaled teams, entered markets, managed change and recovered when a plan failed. Members push one another to raise the standard, turn ambition into action and return with evidence of progress.
Opportunities created through trust
A meaningful introduction can lead to talent, expertise, capital, a commercial relationship or a new market opportunity. Because the relationship comes first, members can create value for one another without turning the community into a sales floor.
The structure
What Membership Includes
The experience is designed to work as one connected system. Your peer group offers depth, the wider membership adds reach and regular communication keeps both available between meetings.
Qualification and selection
Membership & Application
A strong community begins with the right members. Qualification confirms the level of responsibility in the room. The application and conversation reveal something equally important: whether a candidate will participate with openness, consistency and a genuine interest in helping other members grow.
Qualifications
Applicants are considered on leadership authority, company scale and readiness to contribute. The published thresholds create a consistent starting point for review.
- Leadership authority: You hold final responsibility for strategy, budget and people within the company, division or executive function you lead.
- Workforce scale: The company employs at least 50 full time employees, or at least 15 full time employees with a minimum of $2,750,000 USD in annual employee compensation.
- Company scale: At least $16,000,000 USD in annual revenue for sales, service or manufacturing; $13,000,000 USD for an agency; $330,000,000 USD in assets under management for a financial institution; or $27,000,000 USD in enterprise value.
- Membership commitment: You are prepared to attend consistently, protect confidentiality, speak candidly, follow through and contribute to the progress of other members.
From application to invitation
Selection is thoughtful because the trust, balance and usefulness of each peer group depend on who enters it.
Share your leadership story
The application covers your current role, company responsibility, reasons for joining and the experience you would bring to other members.
Confirm the membership criteria
The membership team reviews your leadership authority and company information, then considers availability within your executive community and chapter.
Have a candid conversation
The interview explores what you are building, where you want to grow, how you respond to challenge and how you would participate as a peer.
Find the right peer group
When the fit is mutual, an invitation is extended and placement begins. Role, company context, experience and group chemistry all inform the group selected for you.
