Private peer circles for executives in the same seat Find your circle
A group sharing a relaxed meaningful conversation

About the circle

Built for the reality of the executive seat.

Leadership communities are most useful when belonging is precise. We created a network where the first match is not industry, personality or prestige. It is the responsibility you carry every day.

Executive First Circle · Private by design

Our origin

The idea was simple: start with the seat.

Executive leaders often have broad networks and very few places to be completely candid. Even strong leadership groups can miss the functional context that makes a CFO decision different from a CMO decision.

Our answer is a community organized around five executive verticals. Each member has a home circle of peers in the same role and access to a wider network when the conversation benefits from multiple seats. Depth comes first; breadth follows.

Our mission

To help accomplished executives make better decisions, become better leaders and create impact that extends beyond the enterprise.
