It is a private membership community for sitting CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs and CTOs. The core experience is a small moderated circle of executives who hold the same role.

Leaders get to useful candor faster when peers already understand the mandate, tradeoffs and language of the seat. The wider network still creates connections across functions through events and introductions.

Applicants should hold one of the five executive seats or possess equivalent authority, with meaningful functional ownership, decision responsibility and operating complexity. Character, candor and willingness to contribute matter as much as title.

The process includes an application, qualification screen and a conversation about needs, experience and community fit. An invitation follows only when the match is strong on both sides.

Core circles meet monthly in a moderated confidential format. Members can also connect through their local chapter, private events, exclusive experiences and the digital community.

Most circles include 8 to 12 members. That is large enough for varied perspective and small enough for every member to be known.

Annual membership is $4,850. Travel or select private experiences may carry separate costs, disclosed before a member commits.

Members agree to strict community standards and treat the identity, context and disclosures of other members as private. Repeated behavior that builds trust is part of how every circle is moderated.

Yes, when each executive independently qualifies and joins the vertical matching their current seat. They would not share a core circle.

We prioritize circles that meet in person in active chapters and support them with a private digital community. Matching depends on role, stage, geography and circle availability.

No. Relationships come before transactions. Solicitation is not part of the circle experience and members are expected to contribute without an agenda.

You will receive confirmation followed by a membership review. Qualified applicants are invited to an interview before any circle match is proposed.
